I bought this book specifically because it had info on spherical trigonometry which is not used in land surveying anymore (my profession) but a wanted a working understanding of the subject anyways.This book is a digital re-release of a 1914 text. The font type and size is reminicsent of older books (harder to read, especially thoughs of us with bi-focals). What the book lacks in font and cover quality it makes up for in context. It provides many trigonomic proofs and of course the coverage on spherical trig which you probably will not find in a current publication. I would not pay too much for it ($15. or so plus shipping, because there are other re-released texts that I am sure are comparible. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and the text is a good reference.
